Laying down or seated, guided meditation to calm the mind and heal the soul.

Utilizing different breathing techniques and exercises to heal and calm your mind, body, and soul.

Use images, words, illustrations, trinkets, prized possessions and any tangible resource that projects a desired feeling, look or vision toward your healing and recovery success.

Reprogram your brain to imagine that you already have what you desire, promoting action and new, supportive habits toward your recuperative goals.

Sit in a chair with your eyes closed – connect with your breath and clear your mind from “chatter” through this guided meditation.

Meditation in motion…take a walk-in nature and get in touch with “mother earth.” It is a great practice that helps use the normal activity of walking to train ourselves in awareness.

Improve relationships, overall health, and day-to-day guided activities that help you attain greater fulfillment in your overall well-being and/or life goals.

Techniques for 65+ using the support of props and gentle movements to increase strength and mobility. Loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, improve balance, and circulation in the body.

Guiding and helping those who need assistance with physical functioning, mobility, recalibrating, dexterity and overall stamina.

A format to teach the proper poses and techniques used in yoga practice to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). The training meets the Yoga Alliance requirements dedicating 200-500 hours of accredited training time.
